What is Change Frequency?

This value shows how often content on a specific website changed. You might have a blog post that is being commented on daily by site members. Then, the Change Frequency for that webpage is "Daily". Google will not trust website content that isn't changed according to the site map's value.

What is the Last Modified Date?

Many pages on your website have not been modified since the creation of that company. Provide information about the last modification date of your website to allow bots not to re-crawl that page. It does not affect your website if you do not include the last modification date in your sitemap. Google will automatically receive the server response containing let modification date.
